Followers don't even have a set gender, and as far as the mating tent goes they all seem to be intersex, so it would be completely redundant to add sexuality beyond the "lustful" and "celibate" traits we already have.
As for naming the lamb, storywise there's no reason to add this, I actually think it adds to the lore that the last lamb is never referred to by their name, everyone around them only calls them by one of their many titles or epithets. It makes the experience of being the last lamb feel much more lonely and depersoning, despite being in a position of power... or something like that, that's just my thoughts on the matter.

Hey, just to add to the conversation - I think the fun thing about the game is all the headcanons, so I feel like beyond pronouns (which we have confirmed) confirmed sexualities would prob change a lot of those. So I think atp it's unlikely to change! you didn't need to delete your suggestion btw all good 🙂
