Give your most dedicated follower a peice of the crown's power. you can give a follow (for example narinder) the ability to do the stuff you do. for example: go on expeditions with you, manage the eggs incubating, give sermons, gather sin and devotion, level up sin and loyalty of followers, bring decending followers to the jail, send sick followers to bed, ect... (you will still need to select rituals and followers for the mating tent ect..)
