the game keeps track of followers who get in fights and followers who rob you, and putting them in prison counts as “guilty”, not losing faith.

If a follower won a fight against another follower imprisoning them for 3 days straight will significantly raise the loyalty of the victim. (assuming they’re alive if they aren’t it could slightly raise loyalty of all followers)

Imprisoning a follower with the Jerk trait for 3 days (reeducating each day) will remove the Jerk trait.

Right now there’s no way to remove the Jerk Trait and I think this solution makes sense. I can imagine it being super annoying to have to deal with an important follower getting this trait (bishops, nari) and similar to Coward there should be ways to remove it.

Original idea both mine and from #1203804611652222986

I kinda wanna have a ritual that costs food, where you and some followers get together and throw tomatoes at them

how about there's an upgraded version which is a jail cell and you can store 2 followers in one and you get all this extra stuff with the upgrade

upgrade for prison would be cool, but just from a logical standpoint locking what a prison is supposed to do behind an upgrade wouldn’t make since ig.
it could still hold multiple followers though
