Bug Description
When attempting to do the Ritual of Discipleship, the menu to select a follower to turn into a disciple does not work properly. Instead of showing followers that are Level 10 and not already disciples, it shows a cut-off version of a follower that's already a disciple and no other followers. I am unable to make new disciples as a result of this bug.
What did you do to make the bug appear?
I have one disciple (a cat) and one other Level 10 follower (a converted Witness from Silk Cradle). Both are spouses and wear Skull Necklaces (although I'm not sure if that's part of why the bug is happening, I might as well include it just in case). The bug happens whenever I attempt to do the Ritual of Discipleship in the temple.
Are you able to re-produce the bug? If so, how?
The bug happens every time I attempt the ritual. Closing and re-opening the game does not fix it.

Update: Having another follower reach Level 10 seems to fix the bug.

Update: It happened again after previous disciple died.
