Achievements Not Unlocking (Switch)

I keep getting notifications about achievements but whenever I check there isnt anything unlocked or new??
I even made a new save file to see if maybe I needed a new file for it and it still seems broken.

yeah i have something similar - but i still have some unlocked achivements, it's kinda weird... only some of them seems locked for me
