Not Getting Steam Update For Sins of The Flesh

Hello, just wanted to let the Devs knows that I'm not getting an update through Steam for the new free content "Sins of the Flesh." I was told that it should appear as a regular update such as when other steam games have updates but I'm not getting it. I do see that I can buy the new sins pack, does buying that trigger the new free update? PLEASE PING ME IN RESPONSE THANK YOU

just letting whoever reads this know that I cleared my Steam cache and I still haven't gotten the action to update with the free update
