I'm sure there's been a suggestion somewhere for making follower profiles visible without having to chase down individuals (especially so traits and relationships can be viewed without memorizing them!), but I haven't seen one for being able to add notes. It would be nice to be able to write down future plans or personal flavor text in-game!
Currently I'm making myself a spreadsheet to keep track of who I want to revive and who I don't plan on returning, and while I really enjoy a good spreadsheet, it would be nice to not have to tab back and forth between the game and something else constantly.
