Scarred Followers : All follower skins have a chance to come with scars of many variants. You cannot ''give'' Your followers scars when you first indoctrinate them. This can be used for collectors [ like myself] having rarer scars etc, maybe even missing limbs or eyes.
Personality : Think of it like pokemon, pokemon have a certain nature, like timid etc. This feature could show up near the follower traits, or as a follower trait, all will have one. Each nature would have a large bunch of lines fitting the personality, say.. Kallamar would have a more timid nature, even though they have no real dialogue, the way they speak gives off their nature.
