#unable to build or upgrade healing bay

i'm using version 1.0.1.49. randomly the building area has marked healing bays and healing bay upgrades as limited builds, meaning i can't build any more healing bays or upgrade the ones i have. i've upgraded one of my four healing bays and i'm not sure how to make it stop.

reinstall the game, should work.
