I'm not entirely sure what's going on, but lately I feel as though the game is stuttering a lot, almost getting to the point of being unplayable. There's no way it could be a specs issue because my computer is strong enough for Cyberpunk 2077 with RTX. Not sure what else to do honestly

At a glance this seems to be the only open / closest matching Bug Report for PC for the general concept where the game becomes very laggy/stuttery if you have too many followers. (OP hasn't confirmed but that's my assumption.)
In general should we be looking forward to a fix for this anytime soon? (I understand fixing this might be a lot of work.)
