#teapot loop issue

Bug Report - Teapot Loop Issue

My account gets immediately flagged with Teapot every time I log in.

This happens before I can take any action (no prestige, no gameplay possible).

My account seems to be in an invalid state:

  • Max Prestige Stage: ~186k
  • Current Stage: ~446k
  • Highest Stage: ~476k

Because of this mismatch, the system keeps reapplying the Teapot flag automatically.

Support already removed the Teapot once, but it instantly comes back after login.

I cannot play the game at all.

Thank you for your response.

I have already contacted GameHive support multiple times through both in-game and the support website, but I have not received any reply for quite some time.

Also, since my account gets immediately flagged with the Teapot restriction upon login, I am unable to access in-game support chat properly.

This issue has been ongoing since the initial ticket, so I would really appreciate it if this could be escalated or checked internally if possible.
