Same thing for me. I remember some error message popped up when trying to claim that avatar. I don't remember exactly what it said, but it was something along the lines of "You already claimed this reward".
Apparently some people got this avatar working, so it doesn't affect everyone. It's supposed to be under the holiday avatars.

Just for confirmation. There was a bug where the Winterfest avatars were not available. This has since been corrected, but players who have already collected the node on the event path will not currently have the avatars. We'll be rewarding these out in bulk early next week when the team are back in office 👍
For those who are missing the avatars, could you post your player ID/support code? It would help us verify that we are querying all the correct users when we send these out.
