Suggest: Mementos buff during tournament

Hello, during the current tournament we recieve an increase in relics buff.
After 180k stages relics is not the main resource during the transcendes.

Suggestien is to apply the same buff to mementos when the player is in the transcendes.
This will make the buff more relevant to players above 180k stages during this tournament.

There is also a prestige buff for relics and mementos, so this might also be the same.

Thank you for the suggestion! I can pass this along to the design team. Tournament bonuses have the same bonuses for all players, so we've opted to not include any bonuses that would not be available to newer players.
