Is the support in-game still alive…? The issue with equipment is not fixed ! I can’t sell. And the equipped parts doesn’t stay equiped.

This typically is because you have over 100 equipment. We should have this issue resolved now where you cannot get over 100 equipment anymore, but you'll need to sell some equipment if you're currently over 100 equipment to resolve this weird behavior and be fixed for the future. This is something you can do yourself, but if you can send me your player ID/support code, I can get it forwarded along internally to try and fix things on our end.
As for GameHive support, they are still alive. However, as our team is smaller than before, they have responsibilities that aren't purely tied to supporting players, so it can sometimes take longer to get a response when a large number of support tickets are sent in (such as around update days)
