You can acquire crafting shards from daily login rewards on the 6th and 14th day, from tournament rewards for the Crafting Shards and Pets tournament, from certain milestone rewards, from Ad Chests, from event rewards, from solo raid rewards, from some Clan Quest rewards, and by purchasing Titan Chests from the shop. Titan Chests will occasionally have double crafting shards promotions after a patch is released
