Well the title explains it all but yeah that’s the problem my max is 1500 but I now only get to 1100 because idk but I think it is something that can be changed with my skill tree

Basically, just keep on playing the way you've already been playing. Most of the game is about prestiging when you feel stuck and then using the prestige relics to discover new artifacts and power up your artifacts to help you push further.
For skill tree, you want to invest in skills that will help boost your main damage source and gold source. https://www.tt2-compendium.com/en/builds/ is a good place to look if you want to copy some premade skill trees 👍
