I'm currently at stage ~85k with Pet Build, aiming for a fast build, but I don't know if that's the fastest one, so I'd like to know which one is

Currently, Pet is both the fastest and the strongest build

Pet and farming Gold Gun builds have some of the fastest endgame prestige speeds. Shadow Clone is also a viable option that is fast to prestige with next to no effort, so some people will opt to use that so they have to do less active play.
Realistically all the builds are roughly similar in speed with the differences typically being 1-2 minutes for endgame, so as long as you're playing a build you enjoy, it should work well
