Can someone please explain what the artifact optimizer is used for

its used for optimizing ur relics spent on artifacts to get the maximum potential out of them
i would not recommend using one tho, the amount of time you put in is not worth the small potential boost you get. Its easier to just keep Book of Shadows around 30% of your life time relics and level every other artifact thats relevant to your build equally

I personally do the following every prestige:
- Discover/Enchant as many Artifacts as I can (rn I'm enchanting, but this also applies with discovering)
- For every non-capped Artifact I discover, I heart it if it's relevant to my build (skip if you already discovered every artifact, and change what artifacts are you hearting if it's necessary, as when you're changing your main damage/gold source)
- Level every hearted Artifact that isn't S tier (except Durendal Sword) with "Buy 5%" (*)
- Level every hearted, S tier Artifact, starting from Heart of Storms, and skipping Apollo Orb and Earrings of Portara, with "Buy 25%" (*)
- Level every hearted, S tier Artifact (except Book of Shadows) with "Buy 25%" (*)
- Level Book of Shadows with "Buy 100%" until the button turns gray
- Same as above, but with Durendal Sword (normal titans aren't that strong, so this keeps it at a decent proportion compared to Helheim Skull)
(*): Starting from the top one, to the bottom one
I know this may be pretty unnecessary, but, honestly, I feel like doing this order consumes almost no extra time compared with other methods, and keeps a good balance too. I'm sure that the option to level hearted relics automatically is better, but that's only available for VIP players
