Is buying only wild cards the best strategy for the long term? If not what’s the best strategy for that?

They cost the same so yea they have the best value. But only wild cards and upgrade all the cards you use on your main decks. If you still have dust left, start buying some cards of your main decks

But always prioritize wild cards and upgrading the good cards

In terms of priority for what to do with your dust

1. Upgrade main cards that you use regularly in clan raids if you have the fragments + wildcards for it
2. Upgrade unused cards that you have all the fragments for (not including wildcards). Generally you want to keep these at about half the level of your main cards, although you can go higher if you also use these cards in solo raids.
3. Buy wildcards and specific card fragments for the main cards you want to focus on.

Generally upgrading is always more valuable than buying more wildcards when you can afford to do it.
