I honestly don't know how I didn't spot that earlier but why does Skyrent Valley ? I legitimately dont understand the design decision behind this artifact monument. HS does not interact with DS in any way whatsoever but this is supposed to make you drop an actually useful skill to make them interact ?

These is no way someone created this, put it through testing, put it in the beta and no one noticed that it made zero sense at all.

The idea here is that you'd drop another spell that doesn't directly benefit you (Shadow Clone in this case) for instead having a damage multiplier that far exceeds the benefits of skills like Dimensional Shift and Lightning Strike. Choosing this monument would end up directly changing how you'd play a given build.

That being said, I do understand that many people will be unwilling to make this sort of change, and I can pass this feedback along to the design team 👍
