hacks are forbidden and lead to permbans. Read the ToS about it.
You used it 2years ago and today again, which makes it not unlikely to see you using hack again at some point, so this account will definetly not be unbanned. Creating a new account and not use any kind of hacks, makros, autoklickers etc is the only way for you to continue playing.
