Why do we only have 3 days to buy a bundle and the other 1 is 2 weeks

The bundle that last 3 days are little bundle that come from time to time (milestone and raid progression bundle). If you don't buy them within the 3 days, you can get them again later.
Compare to other bundle that are only showing up during that period, so they are available longer
