Everyday I only get the wooden chest option. Do I have to wait until the titan chest to pop up before collecting?

Just to check, but are you a VIP player? VIPs will collect all chests in a single press, so you'll get the wooden, silver, and gold video chests all at once.

But I get 3 items from the chest some times is that normal for titan chest, if I collect all 3 chest?
