Hi everyone I'm about 15 days into tt2. I have been wondering how one would get their Heavenly strike splash skip up. My splash skip right now is anywhere from 17-67, that is quite the spread. Of course it splashes 17 more often than any other number.
How do I get my min value and my overall skip to go up?

So it looks like you're referring to the number of stages you can splash through, which is controlled by the Heavenly Strike Splash Count stat. You're likely seeing the extra 50 stages whenever you defeat a Portar titan.
To increase the stages you could splash through, you can increase your Heavenly Strike splash count by leveling up the Angelic Radiance skill, multi-casting your Heavenly Strike spell by leveling up the Divine Wrath skill, multi-casting your Twilight Fairies spell by leveling up the Eventide Afterglow skill, or crafting equipment sets like Black Knight and Angelic Guardian that increase your splash count.
Additionally, you could also invest in the Cloaking skill for a chance to skip more stages when defeating bosses, craft the Hidden Viper and Cutthroat Razorfist equipment sets that increase your Cloaking skip, and also craft the Eternal Monk set to extend your Portar skip.
