What build do i need so i do alot of damage and alot of skip because its to easy and it takes to long

If you're looking to splash more, then the Aerial Assault skill would enable you to have a higher splash count and thus raise the maximum number of stages you can splash through with each attack. If you don't have enough splash skip for your titans per stage, you could also level up the Astral Awakening skill or your Anti-Titan Cannon, Intimidating Presence, and Arcane Bargain talents.
Also in your skill tree. The Love Potion skill in the Alchemist tree raises your chances of seeing Portar special titans, which do have a stage skip bonus. Also the Cloaking skill in the Rogue tree gives you a chance to splash additional stages each time you defeat a boss
