We currently have the Raid Retry setting that can be used to prevent the automatic submission of attacks, and so players can exit out of their raid attacks without submitting if they want to.
That being said, assuming you're requesting that overkill attacks should be automatically rejected by the servers, I can pass that along to the design team 👍
