The in game overlay shows no matches played for some ppl (I think its those who don't have blitz) but before it showed it for everyone accept ppl that privated.
This only started to happen at the start of this act (ep 8 act 3)

It’s best to open up a ticket at [email protected] for these ones, it should work a bit better as it require internal communication
