yes, I wasn't sure why I stuck on loading page, but I want to dig into the log by using the netcrack, I found out the blitz will cause the problem.

After disabling the netcrack, I still lock out on the loading page when I try to connect to my cloud hosting server or official server. The solution is to turn off the blitz and not use the netcrack.
