In any event I enter he never awards me points. (I always remain at 0, as if participation didn't count)

SR Cup 90: I played 11 games, 0 point.

Aram Cup 90: Again, 24 games, no points.
SR Cup 89: Same story.

The point score overlay doesn't even appear, or rarely appears during a match. (For example on 1 match out of 3)

yep yep, known issue but the points do count now on the server (it actually didn't before), but it's visually bugged which will be addressed somewhere either this month, or if we're unlucky in the upcoming month.
