Would it be possible to have a item completion tracker enabled for a lane you want to watch.
For example if your playing support and you have it enabled for bot lane or champions, it tells you that enemy players have completed "moonstone" once they come in to vision, so you are more mindful of players power spikes.

Same could be done for jungle and you want to be mindful of the enemy jungle power spikes, but have it turned off for other lanes.

something like this would help a lot of people
