I'm using Blitz desktop app on Windows with the pro pass, but it's showing ads anyway. Also Next Payment is showing a strange date.
Tried to cancel the pro pass to re-join, but the Cancel Subscription button does nothing...

it means your payment bugged out, this happens when your last payment failed, it will retry itself after a day or two.

also the Event is not an advertisement, meaning you can't remove that one.

And why the cancel subscription doesn't work? The button it's clickable but nothing happened. Tried both on the desktop app and on the website

Also, the problem in the payment seems to be in your end. When I added the payment method, my bank app received a notification telling that my credit card was verified and the bank returned it's all good. So idk why the payment failed, cause I didn't receive any payment attempt

i am having the same issue and i dont undertsand if i am even subbed or not... atatched a photo where you can see ads and wont let me view anything but when i try and sub the same thing is showing and happening liek to the person in this thread
