#Issue with Overlays - Disappearing After 20 Sec in Normal Games

I've been using blitz.gg a lot lately and I'm loving the app, but I've run into a little issue with the overlays. I thought I'd reach out to you for some help.

So, when I start a normal game, the overlays only show up for about 20 seconds (I can see the skill order and health timer) and then they just disappear. It's a bit strange because when I create a private game, the overlays stay visible the whole time.

I've already tried disabling Windows Defender and IPv6 to fix the issue, but no luck there. I'm using Windows 10 and have updated blitz.gg to the latest version.

Any ideas on how I can fix this? Are there any other steps I can take to keep the overlays from disappearing during normal games?

In %appdata%\Blitz should be a text file called app or app.log, if you want you can send it in here

i can't really seem to find anything in the log you sent, what you can do hoowever is sending the log again after it happened, then i know where to pinpoint.

i still don't see an error in here, other than you going into a Custom game, then out of it as your game sent the "game has ended" information to us

i was joining the game the game started i saw the overlay for 1 sec. than it got removed. than i closed the game

That’s weird, the log really doesn’t mention anything about it.
