The price is just too high for what we're getting. Last month was great but this one is just a cash grab. One of the most annoying aspects is the hike in gem prices to skip nodes. It's an astronomical increase, inflation like that hasn't been seen since the 1920s. I hate complaining about greed, I get that it's a company trying to make a profit but the race and the major increase in price of every element of the game just reek right now

To the developers how is it fair play that some players got extra points from a glitch, but you won’t credit missing points to players who didn’t get the advantage. Wouldn’t it be fair to have an even playing field ? I know players who are pay to play players thinking about quitting the game. These are long time players who you could lose as they feel hard done by. Is that the goal, to lose players? The pass is a good idea but if it’s not equal for everyone & some players could miss out on all rewards what’s the use of buying it ? Hopefully unlike last pass where you offered 500 points for more than the cost of the pass, you will credit 200 points to all players due to the glitch that was no fault of players.

I have to agree with Joey about the failure to utilise the extra hatching time boost which I'm 11 points short of. When service companies fail to provide a service, I ask for credit in some fashion and this should be dealt with exactly the same. With a full hatchery, breeding quests (limited time), maze breeding (limited time), feeding challenge (limited time & resources spent expecting result) and so on does not equate to a below average compensation of say 5 gems or the like. The bug, or whatever the issue is, covers multiple events and challenges across the game and although it may sound small by looking at the individual reward, its impact across so many things and what players have planned their targets on has had a significant impact in my opinion. Let alone the morale of our team that is still waiting ( 4 days) to matched in war. Add it all up, and the small things like this error do not win hearts and minds. Devil's in the detail and SP need to pay more attention to the detail. Peace

@halcyon wing the perks that show something that is a percentage like hatching/extracting/cell donations are already showing you the combined percentage. When you touch the reward it shows you want that individual reward is, like 5% or 10%

Yeah the way it's presented doesn't clearly show how it works until we get the perk and then click on it. Until then it does look like an extra whatever % but once acquired it can be clicked on and that shows the actual bonus from that milestone. So it's a little misleading but worth either way

I used the premium pass every month but I’m not upset that it’s going. The value in the gold pass is great. At first I was shocked at the price jump but considering they added a R3 monster it’s not bad. Lvl VII and X runes plus all the different little things are great. We all asked for a hatching guardian and this is basically it... now I’m expect to see the gold and food buffs added in after the premium pass is gone.

No @magic abyss that will not work due to google play cards are region / country locked meaning that the code must be bought in the country that account holder wishing to be credited and make purchases in with card must be in the same region/ country as the person who bought the card for them... for example a person in the US can purchase a card for another person in the US and no issues, however a person from the US CANNOT purchase a card and give a player from say canada or the uk that card code and have it work. This will not work. although this isn't really the correct channel to ask this in so please move the question to #offtopic 😊
