I also advise turning off Motion Blur in the settings

Rest assured. miHoYo is godspeed when it comes to fixing up bugs in their games.

And they'll give out compensations daily until all major bugs are dealt with.

Alas, even they can't solve performance issues that are related to the user's hardware being too low end to play the game.
