Void Warden corrupts the Shadow Meter of opponents and when filled up 100%, the opponent loses 70% of their HP next time they take any damage.

Discharge Perk drains the opponent's Shadow Meter so the corruption would even out with the Shadow Energy the opponent has.

Precision increases the Triple Critical Hit damage multiplier of the Whip Katars

Lastly, the Special Move used is the only one available for the weapon : Flogging
