If you wanted to speed it up because it was the mythic you'd keep the mythic and turn off airplane mode or turn ur wifi on again . If it isn't something you want just close the app turn your wifi/ turn off airplane mode and the monsters will still be breeding and you got your gems back. Also breeding is pre determined so if you do the trick once and get patient cyber for example, it will also breed patient cyber.

I dont think you could reset the breeding itself because it requires wifi to start, and once it starts then the monster is determined

Fire and light are opposite elements, so hybrids are only epics. This also means you cannot use a common (or mythic) as one of the parents to get a fire/light epic so the combination shown will only give firesaurs.
