Prior to changing the El Colosals to match the Spotlight Warmaster, they were bimonthly events going in Elemental Order (so Fire first, followed by Nature). SP realized that twice a month was waaay to frequent for this sort of event and changed it to monthly, and shifted the pattern to match the other Elemntally-focused monthly event: the Warmaster Spotlights.
Since the next Warmaster Spotlight is Nature, which already had its El Colosal, that system no longer works (unless SP decides to run repeats already???), so they'll likely just return to original system. And since the first unused Element left is Water, that's what I believe to be next month's El Colosal.

Runes give boosts to a monsters stats depending on what rune your monster is using.Special types of monsters lets say a tank for example would use life runes the best.There are a total of 10 levels a rune can have in its normal state.You can mutate runes which means that 2 runes of the same level but different kind get combined into one.But it wont have both runes effects.One of the runes effects would be much worse.This is based on which rune you choose to mutate(that will keep its normal stats)and what it should be mutated with(that part will be weaker.).A runes power is basedd on the monsters stats as runes increase them by % not by a normal value like 1000.
