Got 1/16, whilst 10% means on average it's 1 for every 10 breeds, that only works for very large number of breeds. And the chance of no legendary breed after 10 attempts is around 35%.

They increased the rate of Rare and decreased Epic.
As I remember, I got too many Rare instead of Epic for turn into elemental.

20 tries, it's still 12% chance no legendary, assuming random number generator working properly. Statistics is a strange thing. 30 tries and only 4% chance of not had a legendary.
The increased rare is good and bad, no elemental, but can fit in more attempts as it clears hatchery faster and more maze coins without need for extra gems.

The gap of C, UC, R, E and L breeding and hatching should be rebalance.

@unkempt hare I don't think you can fill with amber at 80, I have 15 Froma cells, and the message when going to craft is you need another 85 cells. Don't know for certain though.
