You can start with 15, get 2 more from daily missions and every hour you get 1 more so you can get 29 attack in a day or even more

Remiel is technically the best of the three in terms of combat performance and GPM, but is still pretty outdated these days. The other two are likely gonna be used in a future El Colosal since the Light Element hasn't its rendition yet.
