@tribal bolt technically there's elite days once a month, but there's only a chance to get wyrmlad from elite chest + takes a while to accumulate 50 elite souls for 25 cells * 4 (200 souls total). As for the progressive island, wyrmlad is coming once a year during the birthday month. The same exact progressive island happened last year and it's happening now. you have to wait until next year if you're behind this year.

@little berry they're really bad epics except dragonian beast i guess, but you can try to do tarzape + thundernix. there's a chance it could be rhynex, rabidex, or dragonian beast, all epics. could also be a common/uncommon/rare
