Elvira is pretty good right now. Thalassa is good if you can get her atleast r3 and above. Rag is still good. Zahra is also pretty good right now, the 50% life increase helps your teams survivability. Remntar and Babari are rather niche rn. Necro and Barbael straight up suck.

If you REALLY want to save money...

Then do that because other methods of getting the exact amount costs slightly more
