It appears that you can get 1920 coins assuming you get 25 coins from all roulette spins, started within 5 minutes of event starting, wake up to do a collection in the middle of the night, and speed up the final breed during the final few minutes of the maze to get 49 hatch coins. Also, take note of the fact that you can lose coins if logging in between 4hr intervals.
