The way I evaluated the maze is based on how each will assist with getting warmaster who are arguably the strongest monsters to date in the game. Makugan helps alot towards remntar who is very powerful at rank 0. Hookai, also a powerful attacker helps towards thallassa, however thallassa gets good at rank 3. Therefor I'll grab makugan. Hope that helps.

It's from the previous pool, hatch coins are generated when you start a breed. Usually nothing ready to hatch, so I wait till next collection, hatch first, get coins, transfer breed and start a new breed. If I were to hatch again I'd get another 50 but then next collection I'd only get them after starting a breed.

Makugan may be cheap in relation to how good she is, but she is not cheap for a limited path monster. Since I’ve started playing... I think she is the most expensive non-elite monster they’ve had. And also they don’t always do early limited time paths.
