Breeding Thunder Eagle.

Breed a Thunder Eagle and any Thunder Legendary and it's guaranteed a Thunder Eagle.

Thunder Eagle takes 4 hours to breed and 4 hours to hatch, which is the same time it takes for pools to reset.
