You won't be able to get Urcann again, but for Wyrmlad there might be more challenges/events, and there are also birthday chests and Elite Days.

Feeding a monster once loads one item. Feed 4 times to load 4 items. Monster level doesn't matter, and neither does the amount of food; only the number of feed. Wait a few seconds and feed one more time and you'll get any items that are loaded.
If you're short on food, just feed a lvl 1 monster to lvl 2, then feed it one more time and you'll get 4 food items, assuming you've waited 8hrs. You may also need to reload the game as the items sometimes get stuck.
