I used to heavily edit my class WA to move around buffs and debuffs positions (with glows and sounds as well with duration conditions though AFAIK it's not possible) therefore I'd like an option that let us fully customize the position, sizes and glow (maybe sounds?)
ArcUI already does something similar but it's hard to use and buggy and no cdm addons currently offers deep customization options.
Basically a cdm feature that would push the functionality to the limit and can get as close as possible to what we could get with class WAs
