I'm in Autumn, and the orchids aren't spawning in Outlane and Cunning Plots.
One of the proverbs says, "Summer and Autumn always smell, Of Orchid scent that drifts so well," so I think they should be spawning.

If Orchids only spawn in Summer and Autumn, then the star rating condition of "Only in Winter" will never happen.
