At least for npcs we have met. Feels a bit ungrateful for someone to still hate you after you just gave them a home

They send VERY NICE presents. I got a 5 star Abbystone ward, a 5 star sword, lots of high star items comes from fixing houses. It's probably tuned a bit too high tbh. I think fp and reputation make great sense as rewards

I don't think the game needs additional REP rewards. It's already handed out like candy -- just buy a couple apothecarys.

yeah i think it was the kettle home that broke and i repaired it and i got some great gifts in the "thanks" note that came in the mail
