I was checking on the progress of my greenhouse and every person in the world has 1 intelligence so it's impossible to continue constructing? Not sure if this a bug or some kind of world event I missed an alert for? I don't know if its relevant but it was foggy when I woke up for the day and I used the harmonica to clear it before I checked the construction.

There's Thick Fog around. Makes INT 1...check back later though might be a bug that the effect is ongoing despite the visual cleared
Try building later in the day / next day

If that part is intended players should probably be able to back out of the menu without losing all their progress then imo?
