Achievement locked for max Totem despite having legend rank

I've been discussing whether or not this looks like an issue, and from what I understand I'm either not getting max level totems or the achievement isn't unlocking. At legend rank I'm getting 4 rifts but only simple and mid enemies, and from what I understand toughwood should be thrown into that as well?
